SERVICES
Background
The company was born out of the need to assist football players who were involved in legal disputes with clubs and to provide legal services, mediation and problem-solving solutions.
Thereafter, we moved into the import and export of professional soccer personnel initially from Africa to South Africa, and later from Africa To Europe and vice versa.
We went on to operate on an international level with A grade coaches and players with a consulting office in Malaga, Spain.
Looking To The Future
We are focussed on providing entrance into the Spanish market for amateur and professional football players, furthermore, we are attempting to develop or outsource the development of players for the Spanish lower league or European market, with the aim of assisting as many players as possible to sign as professional football players.
We look forward to seeing players in the A leagues of European football.

MANAGEMENT
Bigtime Sports Management was formed by an ex-professional football player and ex-Fifa registered agent with many years of experience who understands the risks and upsides of the professional game.
Ryan Hartslief is an ex-professional football player who has been a prominent sports agent working in the field of football. Ryan has a Bcom business management degree, had a FIFA license issued by SAFA (no. 0012) and his partners with whom he collaborates have intermediary licenses as per the new Fifa rules Circular number 1417 as of 1 April 2015.
Bigtime Sports have managed careers of numerous players in the South African Premier League. We are proud to have represented and advised the captains of six African countries. We have been involved in international transfers in the German Bundesliga, Turkish Süper Lig, Swedish Allsvenskan, Danish Superliga, English Championship, Thai Premier League, Finish Veikkausliiga, Dutch Tweede Divisie, Spanish Secunda.
We have also assisted a host of players to have various trials around the world, including some in the English Premier League and the Ukraine Premier League. We have contactable references and we have gained a reputation in the industry as ambitious, ethical consultants.
Ryan in recent years has taken a more passive role and serves as a consultant and advisor imparting his knowledge gained over many years.

Professional Trials
We charge a fee to arrange or outsource a trial with a professional club, for a seven day period, based on your CV and level of play. This shall include a 1-hour consultation, arranging the logistics in relation to the test period. All logistical costs (e.g. transport, accommodation, food) are over and above our consultation fee.
